Westerleigh PARC is situated on 22nd Ave and Marine Drive. Westerleigh PARC is part of independent retirement residences in the lower mainland. Within walking distance of the residences is the vibrant West Vancouver community containing neighbourhood services, parks, boutiques, and cafés. Westerleigh PARC contains one to two bedroom residences, and amenities such as a library, business centre, multi-purpose rooms, fitness centre, lounge, music room, and an outdoor seating area.
The concept to development permit was completed by Francl Architecture. The development permit to completion of the project was done by Besharat Friars.
