Northwest responds to the significance of the location within the context of the ‘gateway’ at the SW Marine and Cambie intersection. The tower separation provides views across the site from both the skytrain guideway and from the park, and allows for sun into the courtyard. The internal courtyard provides a quiet buffered space away from the busy streets.

Francl Architecture completed the rezoning application and the development permit with the existing developer until it was sold to a new developer for completion.
