As our firm continues to evolve and grow, we celebrate those individuals whose demonstrated initiative and leadership are evident in our success. People are the foundation of our success, and the growth of our firm is a reflection on the hard work and commitment of our staff.

We are pleased to announce two new Associates joining our leadership team: Jozef Kelbel and Andrew Weyrauch, who both have exhibited leadership and dedication to both to their projects and to the overall development of the firm.

Joining the firm in 2010, Jozef has been a key player in some of the firm’s larger projects, including 1515 Alberni Street in collaboration with Büro Ole Scheeren, and Concord Brentwood in Burnaby’s Brentwood Town Centre community. His significant international experience in commercial and mixed-use developments, including projects in Canada, Europe, and the Middle East, contributes to his personal design practice and that of the firm’s.

Andrew joined Francl in 2016 and has contributed to several large projects including North Surrey Sports + Ice Arena and the Arc, and is leading The Lonsdale with Hollyburn Properties.

Andrew’s contribution to the firm’s quality control program, and his dedication to Francl Community’s BUY initiative have solidified his presence and leadership within the firm during his tenure.
