Completed in 2006, this private-public partnership project accommodates programming and activities for the Vancouver Phoenix Gymnastics and the Pacific Indoor Bowls Club and acted as a support facility for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Located in Hillcrest Park alongside Nat Bailey Stadium, the sloping terrain of the site enabled grade access for the subterranean Bowls Club to on the north, while the upstairs Gym has access above. Connected by elevator but with discrete entrances, the facility can be used jointly or independently by the two associations.
