A restoration and enhancement of the heritage Ceperley Rounsfell building was incorporated into the Jameson House high-rise. Completed in 2011, this 37-storey, mixed-use tower incorporates commercial, retail and residential spaces with high sustainable features and heritage components. The project breaks down the boundaries between living and working while balancing energy consumption between its mix of day and night-time uses. A showcase for sustainable urban densification, the tower features a fully-computerized, automated parking system.
The project was designed in collaboration with Foster + Partners.
