Adjacent to the Rennie Gallery in the heart of historic Chinatown, this six-storey, multi-purpose building incorporates commercial, retail, and residential spaces and was completed in 2007. The client, Jameson Development Corporation, requested livable floor plans; to maintain and integrate an existing parking structure; and to create a contemporary facade that is sensitive to the local vernacular.
