Francl Architecture was in attendance for the ground breaking ceremony of the City of Surrey’s new West Village Park and District Energy Centre. The project, located at 10357 133 Street, will be a significant contribution to the City’s sustainability goals. As the City’s first permanent district energy facility, it will supply the nearby West Village neighbourhood with heat and hot water. Mayor Linda Hepner and Councillor Bruce Hayne, among others, were in attendance for the ceremony.
