The Laureates has reached a significant milestone, achieving UBC’s Residential Environmental Assessment Program (REAP) Gold certification.

Building sustainable communities comes with great responsibility and UBC has embraced the opportunity to meet high international standards and pioneer new policies that embrace innovation. The REAP program is a comprehensive, UBC-specific green building rating system that ensures high standards for both low and high-rise residential construction projects. Modelled after USGBC’s LEED program, REAP evaluates a series of performance categories including water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, and construction.
