One of Francl’s newest projects is the Arc – downtown Vancouver’s newest architectural icon. Capturing the simple elegance of a waving flag, this new residential tower serves as a gateway building to the downtown core at the north end of the Cambie bridge. Unique amenity spaces include an indoor swimming pool with a glass bottom at its sky bridge connecting its north and south towers.

Milestones to date include:

• Schematic Design: mid-2014
• Design Development: early 2015
• DP Application: mid-2015
• Unanimous support from City of Vancouver Urban Design Panel and DP Board: late 2015
