Brentwood Phase 2 is the third phase of Woodlands Master Plan development. The project is located within the Flatlands Character Area and fronts the future Dawson Street and Yukon Crescent. A total of 804 apartment units and 21 townhouse units, are provided in this mixed-use development, consisting of 3 residential towers of 50, 45 and 18 storeys. The 3 towers sit atop a 4-storey residential podium with street-oriented retail and super club, with sports and leisure facilities.
One of the key components of Phase 2 is its relationship to the future Brentwood Park South, located across Dawson Street. All 3 towers are elevated 2 storeys above the residential podium to ensure sightlines from Lougheed Highway toward the new park site and the Metrotown skyline. This solution created a unique landscaped roof outdoor space, which will become a feature amenity for the growing community.
