The architecture is shaped by the site’s mature Douglas Fir and Cedar stand, stepping with topography and framing a water-linked entry sequence between twin lobbies. The tower portions are terraced at the top two levels to step down, following the topography and the slope of the site, and mimicking the slope of the UBC peninsula as it slopes down to the shoreline beyond the farm. Warm, forest-complementary materials animate the varied building volumes.
Unit types range from generous family townhomes to 1−3 bedroom apartments, supported by underground parking and ample bike storage per UBC guidelines. The development blends a linked tower, mid-rise buildings, and townhomes with surrounding greenways and Nobel Park.
