The tower develops on typical floors with a shared rooftop amenity space featuring expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, including a gym, all taking advantage of the vast 360 degree views.
The exterior palette includes white precast concrete panels and copper accents for a bright building appearance with warmer tones appropriate for residential-use buildings. Expanded patios and a planted rooftop shape the residential experience, while public art and landscape redefine the lane as a welcoming edge linked to Lonsdale Avenue.

The presence of the City Hall and its surroundings immediate to the West is an opportunity to expand the "back of house" lane as a new front, where the architecture acknowledges City Hall and treats the lane as a less transited road instead of a service passage.
The project used prefabricated concrete sandwich panels for the exterior envelope. The prefabricated panels were chosen as they are durable, low maintenance and have a high thermal value. The panels were designed to be compatible with the adjacent window systems to allow for the panels to be installed in the standard tower construction sequence of one week per floor.
