Its striking twin-tower design, connected by a dramatic skybridge, creates a bold architectural statement while maximizing views of False Creek. The building’s organic curves and high-performance façade reflect the natural False Creek shoreline and elements of the wind. With an articulated facade and fluid landscape design, The ARC sets a new benchmark for urban living and design innovation.
The build on a constrained site required significant coordination between structural and architectural design to ensure minimal impact on traffic from Cambie Bridge, as well as to support the upper mass of the building.

Residents enjoy world-class amenities, including Canada’s largest glass-bottom pool suspended 19 stories above a vibrant public plaza with a striking ceiling design, titled "Ode to Canada", which can be seen from street-level. Composed of 1,918 SQM of commercial use on the ground floor and 28 floors of residential on top, the development houses 560 units ranging in size from 1−3 bedroom suites. Other amenity spaces include a roof deck for both active and child-friendly play as well as a roof-top garden.
