The project replaces the existing church with a renewed sanctuary and community facilities, while introducing much-needed rental housing and ground-floor retail to support long-term sustainability.

The contemporary architectural expression contributes to the area’s ongoing renewal, with the second-floor church and community spaces clearly articulated through a continuous ribbon of coloured glazing that references the original church’s stained glass. A two-storey glazed lobby on Ash Street marks the primary entry and reinforces the church’s presence across all frontages.
Residential rental units above complete the street wall, while finely scaled retail portals and a continuous glazed canopy animate and protect the public realm at street level.
