The residential podium and town homes are clad in contrasting pewter grey and wire brush black colours while the midrise envelope consists of varied coloured concrete panels. These elements, accompanied by recessed building elements and balcony groupings, provide a playful pattern on the building facade.
Painted aluminium frame shadow boxes extend out from the townhouse facade, animating the elevation and offering some solar shading and privacy control, while brick clad planters along the street edge enrich the pedestrian experience.
