Completed for the 2010 Winter Olympics, Creekside provides a full-size gym, multi-purpose rooms, fitness, boating and restaurant facilities, plus a rooftop daycare for up to 140 children.

The curved nature of the building creates a public plaza to the north that allows for a number of shared outdoor activities to take place activating the waterfront. While the linear nature of the south façade contributes to the ‘European walled street' design aesthetic vision for Olympic Village.
LEED Platinum strategies include radiant heating via the False Creek Energy Centre, solar hot water, extensive green roofing, rainwater harvesting, and ample daylight and natural ventilation.
