Rising approximately 600 feet above the ground plane, the project comprises two sculpted high-rise towers delivering 900 homes designed to maximize daylight, views, and livability. Positioned above the sloping site along Lougheed Highway, the towers establish a prominent urban gateway while contributing to the precinct’s stepped skyline.
The design of the towers responds to the design guidelines set forth in the Woodlands Community Plan, ensuring a neighbourhood that fosters sustainability, and provides connections to the natural environment. A one storey glass lobby connects the two buildings at ground level. To express the building form at the pedestrian level along Lougheed Highway, large reflective pools coupled with reflective metal panels below the towers animate the space with varying qualities of light over the course of the day.
The elevated towers and amenity podium provides residents and passers-by with a clear view of the Metrotown Skyline to the south. It also connects residents to adjacent parks and neighbourhood streets.
