She has 6 years of experience with building rehabilitation and renewal project including building envelope rehabilitations, building asset management and strategic planning, building assessments for feasibility, life cycle and accessibility. Her work experience includes institutional, multi-unit residential, light-industrial, and commercial building types. More recently, she has worked on the new construction of multi-unit residential projects. Outside of work, Laureen pursues a variety of adventures, ranging from cycling, hiking, dancing, embroidery, painting, and officiating weddings.
