Wide travels around the world with his family growing up provided him with a broad architectural knowledge base that informs his current practice. Julien’s portfolio reflects a strong mix of residential and community-based projects. His work demonstrates strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a clear understanding of client requirements. As a Principal at Francl Architecture, he has been instrumental in delivering a number of significant mixed-use projects, including The Arc, Fraser Commons, as well as mass timber developments such as Terrace House and the Wesbrook Community Centre. Julien is well versed in project documentation across all phases of work and has extensive experience coordinating with multiple jurisdictions throughout the Lower Mainland. He maintains strong working relationships with local consultants and brings a depth of experience that has enabled him to successfully navigate complex and innovative construction systems.
